I have previously hired vans through the big rental van companies and the inclusions were abysmal and travelling was uncomfortable. Jake made sure we had everything we needed (coffee, cutlery, spices, dishwashing liquid etc) which was so nice as we didnt have to buy it and awkwardly take it back with us on the plane ride home. Handover with Jake was very informative and he was always a text or call away if we wanted clarification on anything. We would highly recommend booking this car and would love to hire Sue again. We never had any issue or problem with the car or the equipment. Sue is really well equipped and had everything we needed. We also spent a few days in really remote places but thanks to the solar panels, fridge and the 1000km reach of Sue, we never had any troubles. The communication with Jacob was always fast and helpful. He is also a nice guy to chat with and always reachable. We really enjoyed it and had a fantastic trip.
